YTILI Fellowship Program gives opportunities to young European business professions who want to expand their network, gain perspective and engage with the U.S business sector
Elements of the program
The YTILI is a program that will give you the following elements:
- Entrepreneurship and professional development curriculum. Here, you will participate in online entrepreneurship courses designed to strengthen your proficiency in leadership, management, networking and business.
You will also get to participate in a professional development session and get on one-on-one calls with American business experts.
- Professional fellowship, where you will take part in a virtual Pre-Departure Orientation and also an arrival orientation and integrated professional study tour in a U.S city.
You will get four weeks in a personalized fellowship experience working in a U.S placement host organization.
You will also get a chance to participate in a community service opportunity and civic engagement.
- Closing program. At the end of your fellowship, you will participate in a program-wide conference in Washington, DC.
This closing program will help you network and collaborate with other fellows, and you will also get exposed to speakers and workshops aimed to further your professional competencies.

Eligibility
To qualify for this fellowship program, you must meet a set of criteria, including the fact that you must not be under 25 or older than 35. You also must be a business or social entrepreneur with a demonstrable track record of at least two years’ experience among other qualifications.
