4 Smartphone Life Hacks That Will Improve Your Life

While smartphones have become a very important part of our lives, there are still many things that we do not know about these mini-computers in our hands.

In this article, we look at four simple hacks that will make your usage of the smartphone in your hands better and make your life a lot easier. And it doesn’t matter whether the device is IOS or Android; these smartphone life hacks work across the software.

Use Spacebar as Trackpad

Have you ever found yourself typing a message and found it exhausting to move the cursor to the areas you want to correct? This way of moving the cursor can be time-consuming and very exhausting.

However, to move the cursor easier, hold down the spacebar for a few seconds, and this will allow you to move the cursor quickly through text, like how the mouse moves the cursor on the computer.

Quick reconnect

Sometimes, you might find yourself in an area where there is a weak signal, meaning that the signal bars on your phone could even be on one or none. When this happens, perhaps the sensible thing to do is wait for the signal. Or worse still, restarting your device or removing and then inserting your sim card.

All these moves are exhausting. For a quick reconnect, turn the Airplane Mode on then off again. This will reconnect your mobile provider with the closest tower.

Phone Photography Trick

Have you ever found yourself taking photos of a friend or family member who is conscious about their appearance? This can be a draining process with you taking countless photos until you get the right one. However, to get round this, when taking a photo of them, hold another phone back to back with the phone that you are taking the photo with so they can see themselves and give you a heads up when they like a certain view.

Battery boost

We all want a little battery boost from our devices. A quick hack would be to set a darker theme on your phone and this will get you an extra 6-7% more battery.

There you have it. These simple hacks will significantly improve your smartphone experience so don’t be left behind!
